About the Role
To support a rapidly growing business and strengthen our fraud-prevention capabilities, we are expanding the Anti-Fraud team with a dedicated Fraud Analyst.
You will work closely with risk, product, operations, and verification teams to enhance fraud-detection processes across offline and online channels (including moto verification, xSell antifraud, partner-driven verification flows, and mystery-shopping initiatives).
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze behavioral data to identify fraud patterns
- Develop new anti-fraud countermeasures based on identified scenarios
- Create and optimize rules, filters, scoring logic, and risk triggers
- Build and improve customer verification processes
- Establish interaction workflows with related departments and launching new processes
- Controlling efficiency of ongoing processes
- Leading projects with external partners
What we expect from candidate:
- Strong analytical abilities and experience working with large datasets
- Good command of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations, optimization)
- Ability to identify root causes of anomalies and form data-driven hypotheses
- Experience launching and optimizing business processes
- Python skills (a plus)
